First Merdeka Celebration outside Dataran
Woke up at 7am, but the Stadium was already full
Held in Stadium at Bukit Jalil
So packed with people, have to shoot in Live mode
All shots was done with swivel monitor held over crowd's heads
Must say the lightings effect was good
Was a short performance lasting 2 hours
These people must have rehearsed very hard
The music was very well coordinated
One trip worth getting up early for
Spent a day at FRIM Wetlands
Spotted a big red bird, set up tripod and waited for 3 hours
Finally rewarded with these small birds
Early trip to Bukit Tinggi
Rewarded with Orange breasted Trogon
This bird was very entertaining
Spent a night with Olympus group started at 8.30 pm
The place was pitch darkness, the torches call the shots
The group reach the waterfall, i belong to the fallback group
The fallback group did not reach the waterfall
The fallback group was very ambitious in trying harder
Perhaps the fallback group achieved more
The fallback group at the least enjoyed this trip slowly
Slowly but steadily the fallback group saw more than the front group
But of course we missed the waterfalls
This is one trip worth going again
Spent a Saturday in Ulu Kanching
Finally got this illusive flycatcher
Patience was critical here
Finally got this small fellow real close
Was a very satisfying catch
